Terms of Service – ChatQRE / Qurii App

Welcome to Qurii
Qurii is offered by HeyNow Interactive LLC / Dba Mana in Motion ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qurii mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Qurii, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

 
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Qurii.

By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.

To access personalized features, you must create an account using a valid name and email address.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

 
3. Use of the Service
The Qurii Service is designed for personal, introspective use. You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Not reproduce, distribute, or publish content generated by Qurii without prior written consent.

Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Service's source code.

Not interfere with the functionality or security of the Service.

 
4. Payments

All content within Qurii, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, AI-generated reflections, and software, is the property of HeyNow Interactive LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes.

You may not reuse, republish, or commercially exploit any content without our express written consent.

 
7. User Content
If you input, upload, or share content within the Service, you affirm that you have the necessary rights to do so. You retain ownership of your original input, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

We are not liable for any content you share or any consequences of that content.

 
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Qurii uses AI to offer reflective insights and symbolic dialogue. You acknowledge:

AI-generated content is not always accurate or complete.

The content is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, psychological, financial, etc.).

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the responses.

 
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

Non-infringement

Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

 
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, revenue, or profits

Reliance on AI-generated content

Technical malfunctions or Service interruptions

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Service in the 12 months preceding your claim.

 
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyNow Interactive LLC / Mana in Motion and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service

Your violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

You use the Service in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful way
